Kim frequently relocated during her childhood; however, she spent most of her summers at her grandparents' ranch in Keha Paha County. She attended Chadron State College before graduating from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2010. As a generalist, Kim brings a wealth of experience in web design, complemented by personal insights gained from navigating the complexities of poverty and mental health challenges, as well as the intricacies of applying for various forms of assistance. Kim and her husband are parents to five adult children and own two Bichon Frises.
